Julie is known for her abilities in the “Art of Facilitation.”

Employees learn best when they are active participants rather than listeners at a presentation. Julie creates an environment where “we learn, we laugh, we create, we grow.”  She navigates tough conversations and creates space for greater understanding, helping people move from self-protection to stronger connections, and witnessing how creative people can be.
