I founded Innovative Growth LLC with one goal in mind: to help your team transform. For 15 years, first as an independent consultant and now as a business owner, I’ve helped my clients create a culture of resilience that withstands the storms of common workplace frustrations.
However, my role isn’t to provide you with the answers to your problems. The answers do not lie within me. They are already within the people you hired, the ones you trust, the ones you believe in.
The key to finding solutions to “people issues” and to creating a sustainable change in culture is engaging your team to reframe how they view and respond to current problems and shift from blaming people to solving real issues. By bringing in an outside resource like me to facilitate the process, employees often feel more willing to share candidly.
