Many teams/departments/organizations develop unspoken patterns of relating to others and group norms and behaviors that are slowly creating destruction to strong workplace relationships.  Your team identifies those norms and behaviors and Rebuilds them to achieve the kinds of habits and practices that are necessary to work better together.

Restoring comes through a series of facilitated exercises that are created specifically for your team.  Depending on what came to the surface from the reframing and rebuilding phases, I work with you to create a sustaining plan that your people can maintain and carry forward.
