What is the next step in the process?
Conversation. We will start with a 20-minute initial free phone conversation so I can understand more about your situation and your organization. We can clarify what your needs might be and if I would be able to help you. Click here to schedule a 20 minute conference.
Meeting with key individuals. This meeting will include people who have an understanding of your organization’s needs and can articulate the ultimate goals or objectives if we partner together. Preferably this will be done at your office or through a conference call if you’re out of state.
Connecting with your people. I often suggest an official meeting with some of your staff. This can involve interviews to gain a greater understanding of the culture, and identify some potential key barriers.
Discuss next steps. No two clients are the same. All recommendations are customized based on the objectives and the situation. At this point, we will discuss what steps could be taken to meet the objective. Each step along the way is tied to a specific objective that we will create together. I recommend that we take one step at a time. This will allow you to evaluate the progress as we move forward, and will allow us to make modifications as we go.
